Cantine Nervi – Conterno “Il Rosato 2024”

Cantine Nervi – Conterno “Il Rosato 2024” is an elegant rosé from Piedmont, produced in the Gattinara area by this historic winery founded in 1906 and acquired in 2018 by Roberto Conterno, renowned Barolo producer of Giacomo Conterno.
“Il Rosato” is made mainly from Nebbiolo (Spanna) with up to 20% Uva Rara; a short skin contact maceration of 8–12 hours is carried out followed by fermentation/aging in stainless steel.
Color: pale, bright pink.
On the nose: dominant aromas of citrus (especially pink grapefruit), red berries, floral notes of rose and violet, and mineral hints; a truly refined bouquet.
On the palate: fresh, vibrant, mineral, and clean, marked by high acidity, delicate tannins, and a savory finish.
This is a fresh and mineral wine that brings the elegance of Nebbiolo to the table—an ideal summer rosé, perfect as an aperitif and excellent with fresh fish, shellfish, carpaccio, tartare, white meats, and lightly aged cheeses.
