Raineri Langhe Pinot Nero DOC
A red wine to enjoy fresh even in summer, even with fish? Pinot Noir! Not just Burgundy, because in this case we’re talking about Langa.
The Raineri Winery was founded in 2005 with the production of a few bottles of Dogliani, but since 2006 in the vineyards of Monforte d’Alba they also produce Barbera, Nebbiolo and Barolo—and more...
These are genuine and classic wines; the philosophy follows that of the great Piedmontese winemaking masters: “absolute respect for each single vine with manual work in the vineyard, meticulous selection of the oak used for aging, constant tastings to understand the wine’s evolution.”
The vineyard is managed in an eco-sustainable way, with grassing between the rows and copper and sulfur treatments when necessary.
The selected wine is 100% Pinot Noir. After malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. No filtration or clarification. 3,000 bottles/year.
